Single Logon
Updates
During the course of the subscription period, the Single Logon software is likely to be modified over time to keep the software operational. Such anticipated modifications include:
- Updating of the software when required due to implemented system changes. For example, if the logon process for a module is modified
- Updating of the software to match new supported client environments. For example, a new version of Internet Explorer
- Small feature requests which will be performed on a time permitting basis
- Any changes required to fix bugs discovered after launch
- Other miscellaneous changes such as new features
Throughout the course of the subscription period, organisations will be entitled to receive all updated versions of the software as they become available.
The Single-Logon software will be distributed along with our optional Auto-Update program which will allow users to automatically update their software to the latest version once made available. Organisations who wish to control the installed versions of the software in their practice can disable the installation of the Auto-Update facility and update users manually from the latest version of the install package when required. This install package can also be scripted to support silent SMS installs or similar installation methods.
