| Combined Vaccination V5 Overview | ||||
|
The Combined Vaccination Suite was written to enable practices to easily find patients eligible for Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccinations and record Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccinations in two useful ways. There are three applications in the Combined Vaccination Suite; the Batch Entry Tool, the Consulting Room Extension and the Vaccination Reporting Tool. The Batch Entry Tool enables practices to quickly and easily record vaccinations and was designed for recording in vaccination clinics or for retrospectively recording home-visit vaccinations. The Consulting Room Extension, integrates with GPASS consulting room, and will opportunistically highlight eligible patients for vaccination under CMO criteria, allowing GPs to record vaccination status as well as GMS contract smoking information. The Vaccination Reporting Tool enables practices to quickly and easily find patients eligible for vaccination, allowing invitation letters to be produced via Microsoft Word and recorded within GPASS. The Vaccination Reporting Tool also allows practices to check seasonal vaccination figures as well as GMS contract vaccination figures. |
