Combined Vaccination new release version 4.0.0.1 is available. This new release corrects a bug found in previous version. Please check the Combined Vaccination product page for full release details for your Health Board area.

Description:

The bug happens on the Possible Patients' search when the Vaccination Criteria is set to 'Either Vaccination'. Currently both recall read codes for Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccinations are being recorded even if the patient is only due one vaccination. It is important to note that if Practices are relying on this method to identify patients for vaccination, there is the possibility that a patient could receive more than one vaccination.

We already have a fix in place to modify this problem and this is at present being tested before general release. In the meantime, we would be grateful if you could please ensure that you do not rely on the Invitation Letter Read Code as a prompt to vaccinate your patients

Combined Vaccination Suite was updated to meet new influenza season 07/08 CMO criteria as of version 4.0.0.0, after successfully attaining GPASS Accreditation for all versions of GPASS (including the latest Version GPASS 2007 for the SQL 2000 platform). The software sponsored by Health Protection Scotland is available free of charge to all GPASS practices in Scotland.
